Soazig Drévillon

Head of International Relations and Higher Education at the Université des Métiers du Nucléaire (UMN)

Soazig Drévillon is Head of International Relations and Higher Education at the Université des Métiers du Nucléaire (UMN). After graduating in Engineering, she worked in management consulting for a few years and joined Framatome in 2005. She took over HR leadership roles in France, the UK and the USA, specializing in organizational transformation, talent development, international mobility and Compensation&Benefits. She joined the Université des Métiers du Nucléaire (University for nuclear skills) in 2024. She is part of the French team in the Euratom Skills4Nuclear project, contributes to the European SMR Industrial Alliance, and co‑leads the France–UK cooperation on nuclear skills. Her work focuses on building future nuclear talent pipelines and fostering international collaboration.
