SUZUKI Shigekazu

Vice President & Professor, Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Fukushima College

Shigekazu Suzuki is currently a Vice President (Reconstruction Support) and Professor at the Fukushima College (KOSEN) from April 2023. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology in 2000, 2002 and 2006 respectively.

He began his career in 2004 as Assistant Professor at Fukushima KOSEN. His research interests are material strength evaluation, decommissioning robot and nuclear human talent development.
