Work Experience

Ms. Tamura has has been working at Mizuho for more than 20 years and has 8 years’ experience in research and consulting.

Since 2023, she serves as a Managing Director of the Natural Resources and Energy Team at Mizuho Bank’s Industry Research Department. In this position, she is in charge of industry research and strategic consulting in the electric power, oil & gas, and natural resources sector. She has been designed as a member of the Japanese government committees in the energy and power sector.

Prior to this position, she was a Senior Industry Analyst for the heavy industry manufacturing sector and the electric power sector at Industry Research Department from 2015, and took the role of industry research and strategic consulting for leading companies and government agencies.
