
HENMI Tamami
Tomioka Town Council Member
Born in 1989 in Ota Ward, Tokyo, she studied nuclear energy and radiation at Musashi Institute of Technology (currently Tokyo City University) and then moved to Kawauchi Village in Futaba District, Fukushima Prefecture, in 2012. Afterward, she lived in Iwaki City and has been residing in Tomioka Town since 2020.
From July 2021 to March 2024, she worked as a relocation consultation staff member at a town development company in Tomioka, based on her own relocation experience. In March 2024, she was elected to the Tomioka Town Council and became a town councilor.
In her private life, she is actively involved in various organizations centered around Tomioka Town and Kawauchi Village, including the Tomioka Children’s Cafeteria Executive Committee, the Disabled People’s Peer Salon “Cabbage Leaf” Operations Committee, and the “Fukushima Moriagekka” Secretariat.
